By downloading or using the Quikley app, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Use of the App

• The app helps you discover nearby restaurants and services using your current location.
• You must provide accurate information during registration and use the app lawfully.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login/PIN.

Payments

We offer a free trial period of 15 days. Usage beyond these 15 days is paid. We don't offer any refunds. Inaccurate data or any other reason can't be the basis of any refunds. While maintaining a list of restaurants and services, some inaccuracies are expected as things change over a period of time. We make efforts to ensure accuracy but can't guarantee error-free listings. Please evaluate the app prior to any payments. Any enquiries for refunds will not be responded to. Your proceeding with a paid plan is an acceptance of the data on an as-is basis and can't be a reason for requesting a refund. Disputes, if any, will be subject to the courts of New Delhi only.

Data & Privacy

Use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process your data.

Limitations of Liability

Quikley is not responsible for any inaccuracies in restaurant or petrol pump listings or for any losses arising from the use of the app. Users are advised to verify information before acting on it.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
